Legislative issues are complex, and our local, state, and federal representatives must vote on an enormous number of issues each year.  They simply can’t be an expert on every issue, so HFH works hard to inform and educate those who make laws on behalf of animals, especially horses.   

Our goal is to keep you informed of local and national legislation and trends that impact horses generally, and specifically those that impact horses that are the victims of animal cruelty.
